Primer & sealer / Decoupage Transfer Glue 200ml. This product can be used as primer before painting and as finish on non heavy used surfaces. The Primer & Sealer is also suitable for sealing highly absorbent substrates such as gypsum walls before painting in order to save paint. Also very suitable for slow bonding and sealing transfers that can still be shifted during application.
