At Nook Home we re-use packaging for delivery purposes to ensure your purchases arrive safely and to help reduce our carbon footprint.
PAYMENT- All orders must be paid for in advance prior to dispatch. You can pay for your Nook Home order via credit/debit card, PayPal. For further information on payments please email us at hello@nookhome.ie or via the contact form
COUPON/DISCOUNT CODES

Please be aware that special offer coupon/discount codes issued by Nook Home may only be used on specific catagories/items and on specified dates. These codes are for online orders only and cannot be used at the shop in Trim. A ''Free Delivery'' offer/coupon code will only ever apply to our standard delivery service and does not apply to our white ''Home to Home'' delivery service which we use for oversized/delicate and special furniture delivery items.
DEPOSITS - We cannot accept deposits/lay by for stock items either online or at the shop in Trim. Special orders (furniture/fabrics/paint etc) must be accompanied by a 50% deposit on day of confirmed order with the balance due to be paid on the day of order collection. Curtain/blind order balances must be paid 3 days prior to delivery.
RETURNS POLICY- If you may need to return your Nook Home purchase please read below:
FAULTY ITEM- To resolve please contact Nook Home at hello@nookhome.ie and we will forward a returns form to you for completion.
UNWANTED GOODS- In the event that your On-line purchase is unsuitable and you wish to return it please notify us in advance via email to hello@nookhome.ie . All unwanted goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were posted from Nook Home originally, complete with original packaging, components and accessories within 14 days from the date on which you received them. You shall be refunded for that product less the cost of the original delivery charge. You shall be responsible for paying for the return of the goods. Please note that paint, items purchased at a reduced / sale / clearance price and bespoke/special order items, cut length fabrics/oilcloths cannot be returned unless faulty.
