The large serving board in rustic mango wood is designed as a small serving tray or it simply looks great used as kitchen decor when not in use. After use, rinse the board first in cold water before washing it in warm running water. Do not let it sit in water. Rub cleaned boards with olive oil to prevent moisture from soaking in.
